134 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — regardless of the name, phone number, email address, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 134 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our customer support immediately.
Users are required to:
- Providing accurate and valid registration information
- Not sharing your password or account details with any other party
- Notifying 134 promptly if there is any suspicious activity on your account
- Keeping your account information up to date when changes occur
- Not using another person's account without their authorisation
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 134 platform agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Using automated software or methods (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the bonus, betting, or payment systems
- Channelling illegally obtained funds through the platform (money laundering)
- Accessing the platform from regions that have been blocked or restricted by 134
- Disrupting the platform's technical operations in any unauthorised manner
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information
134 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice where circumstances require.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 134 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available on the platform, including DuitNow and Boost. Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name.
Minimum deposit limits, daily and weekly withdrawal limits, and processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the user's account tier. Detailed information is available in the payment section within your account after logging in.
134 reserves the right to withhold or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 134 may request additional identity verification before processing the transaction.
All bonuses and promotional credits applied to an account are subject to the rollover requirements and validity period specified in the respective bonus terms. Failure to meet these requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus balance being automatically forfeited.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
134 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice in cases involving serious violations:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions
- Fraud, system manipulation, or suspicious activity
- Failure to submit identity verification documents when requested
- Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Duplicate registration or use of a false identity
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons and no breach of terms has occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via the payment method previously used, subject to necessary security checks. Bonus balances that have not met the required conditions will not be refunded.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting 134 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within three to five business days.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

134 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users in connection with their use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions, or inability to access the platform due to technical factors beyond our control. Users access the platform at their own risk.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from 134.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
